Payment

Payment can be made via PayPal secure or Direct Bank deposit or by credit card over the phone.

If you choose to pay by direct deposit our details are:

Please include your Order ID #  from your invoice or invoice or quote #  with your payment.
We will then get your order on its way to you as soon as the payment is received. 

Our Return Policy

As our products are of the highest quality we are confident that returns are rare however we offer a 5 year full replacement warranty on all of our range. If you are not satisfied with a product or you if you find something has been damaged in transit you can return it to us within 14 business days and your purchase will be fully refunded. 

Terms of returning items are:

  • The product must not have been installed or used in any way.
  • The product must be returned in its original packaging.
  • Unless the product was either faulty or damaged in transit , return freight cost is at the customers expense.

Delivery

We aim to ship your product within 1 to 2 days of purchase. In the case of small items it is where possible the same day shipment if Express Post has been selected.

In case of  orders placed using a bank transfer payment this will happen upon receipt of a bank remittance and once the funds have cleared into our bank account. 

 

Shipping charges

All our DIY Kits include shipping. 

Australia Post rates start from $14.40 on Express Post orders up to 3kg.
When ordering rails from us, these come in heavy duty cardboard tubes.  Rates for a 180cm tube start from around $22.00 for local, other rates dependent on distance from Melbourne and regional/ interstate routes.
Rates for a 300cm tube start from around $48.00 for local , other rates are dependent upon distance from Melbourne and regional/ interstate routes.
 
Delivery fee may be higher into regional areas and Western Australia,  North and Central Queensland and Northern Territory,  we can advise of any extra freight charge either before or once you have placed the order and if youre not happy with the rate quoted , we will offer a full refund on any payment youve made. 
We always use the least expensive and most reliable courier services available throughout Australia. Your goods are covered by us for any damage until they reach your door, if anything arrives thats not 100% intact we will immediately ship you a replacement order.

 

Privacy

How Do We Use the Information We Collect? 

When you become a Picture Rail Systems customer, we ask you to fill out a form that requests your name, address and e-mail address.  Picture Rail Systems will NOT share your data with anyone.

Your name and address information is used solely to process orders unless your prior consent is given. Without your consent, this information will NEVER be sold, given, rented or traded to others for purposes other than order fulfillment.

Communication 

From time to time we may send out email messages alerting you that products are available, to remind you about providing feedback or for promotional offers. In addition, you will receive communication from us 1) if you contact us for a particular reason, 2) to receive your orders, or 3) we need to contact you for administrative purposes such as winning a contest. Administrative e-mails will not contain promotional materials. If you choose to receive our News Letters, they will contain promotional materials from Picture Rail Systems.
